Before Your Appointment
Thank you for your booking. After your booking is submitted, an automated email with the subject line "Thank You for Your Booking" will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes, there is a high chance that future emails from our office will also not reach you. In that case, please contact the Kuretake Counseling Office using our inquiry form or call 0120-03-5905. If you reach our voicemail, please leave your name and a message such as "I have not received my booking confirmation email," and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If You Cannot Find Our Email: Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. This is especially important for Gmail users, as our emails may occasionally be filtered there.
予約確認のお返事につきまして
◎予約直後の自動返信メールの後に、担当カウンセラーまたはくれたけ心理相談室事務局より、再度メールを送らせていただきますが、詳細確認が必要な際はお電話を差し上げる場合がございますのでご了承くださいませ。
◎当カウンセラーのスケジュールカレンダーに関して、リアルタイムで更新しておりますが、稀に他の窓口より時間差で先約をいただく場合がございます。その際には大変申し訳ございませんが、日時の変更をお願いする場合がございますので、ご了承いただければ幸いです。
◎基本的にははメールを受け取ってから3時間以内に返信いたしますが、カウンセラーの業務状況等により、お返事が夜遅くになるかもしれませんので、その旨をご了承頂ますようお願い申し上げます。（21時以降のメールは明日の返信となるケースが多いですが、日中のメールは当日中に返信いたします）
※毎週月曜日と水曜日は、メールでの対応が翌日になる場合もございます。ご了承くださいませ。
Regarding Your Booking Confirmation
After the automated booking email, you will receive a follow-up email from either your counselor or the Kuretake Counseling Office. In some cases, we may contact you by phone if additional information or confirmation is needed. Our booking calendar is updated in real time. However, in rare cases, another appointment may be booked at nearly the same time through a different booking channel. If this happens, we may kindly ask you to adjust your appointment date or time.
We usually reply to emails within 3 hours during business hours. However, depending on our schedule, replies may occasionally be sent later in the day. Please note that emails received after 8:00 PM JST are normally answered on the following day. Mondays and Wednesdays are our regular days off, so replies may occasionally be delayed until the next day.

・相談内容については、基本的にどのような事柄でも相談に乗らせていただきます。
※但し医療行為や法律上の手続き、また社会制度の手続き代行などはできませんのでご了承ください。
・ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては、前々日までにご連絡ください。
※予約日の前日のキャンセルは、3,300円（税込）、当日のキャンセルは5,500円（税込）を頂戴させていただきます。ただし、精神疾患による状況や、自然災害、交通災害などの特段の事情のある場合は考慮させていただく場合もあります。（カウンセラー毎のオリジナルメニューの予約に関しては、別途案内させていただきます）
・予約時間をお守りいただきますようお願いいたします。
※遅刻された場合、相談予約の状況によっては、時間の考慮をしかねる場合もございますので、その際はご了承くださいませ。但し、お気をつけてお越しくださいませ。

Important Information About Counseling
• We welcome consultations on a wide range of personal, relationship, and emotional concerns.
• Please note that counseling is not a medical, legal, or administrative service. We cannot provide medical treatment, legal advice, or act on your behalf in legal or governmental procedures.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least two days in advance whenever possible.
• Cancellation fees may apply:
- One day before: ¥3,300
- Same day: ¥5,500
In certain circumstances, such as mental health crises, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions, exceptions may be considered.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session, depending on our schedule.
• The phone number provided for your appointment is intended only for appointment-related communication on the day of your session.

カウンセリング規約
【カウンセリングについて】
カウンセリング（心理療法等）は医療行為ではないことをご承知おきください。もし現在、医療機関で診療を受けている場合には、担当医に必ずご相談の上でご利用くださいませ。
私達カウンセラーは、一つひとつのセッションにBESTを尽くして臨ませていただきますが、カウンセリングの効果は利用する時期や心身の状態などのいくつかの要因に影響されるため、個人差があるという事もご了承くださいませ。
下記のご相談内容については、相談をお断りするケース、または適切な専門機関へご紹介差し上げるケースもあることをご承知くださいませ。
緊急な対応を要するとカウンセラーが判断した場合。
明らかに医療行為が必要と判断させていただいた場合。
【カウンセリングの中止・契約解除・担当変更】
次のいずれかの際には、カウンセリングの提供を中断、中止、または担当カウンセラーの変更（リファー）および今後のご利用をお断りさせていただくことがあります。なお、利用者の規約違反行為による中止・解除の場合、お支払いいただいた料金の返金には応じかねます。
災害などの発生により、危険を回避する必要がある場合。その他、カウンセラーの見解により、クライエント様にとって中断の必要があると判断した場合。
カウンセラーに対する暴力行為、威嚇、暴言、またはこれに準ずる行為があった場合。
カウンセラー個人に対するセクシャルハラスメント、性的な言動、衣服の乱れや身体反応の意図的な誇示など、わいせつな行為、またはそれに類する迷惑行為があった場合。
カウンセリングの枠組みを超えて、カウンセラー個人への執着、プライベートな交際の要求、SNS等によるつきまとい（ストーカー行為）、または個人情報を探る行為があった場合。
※上記に該当する事由が生じた場合、個人のカウンセラーの裁量ではなく、【くれたけ心理相談室 本部】の組織的な判断として、一律で厳格な措置（担当変更または相談室全体の利用禁止）をとらせていただきます。万が一、悪質な悪戯やストーカー行為、法的秩序に反する行為が認められた場合は、弁護士および所轄警察署等と連携し、厳正に対処いたします。
【カウンセリングの利用と料金】
カウンセリングの効果という観点から、カウンセラーは基本的にセッション時間及びセッション予約に関する対応以外で、お会いすること、メール、お電話のやりとりに関しまして、ご遠慮させて頂いております。（くれたけ心理相談室主催のイベント等は例外とします）
カウンセリングのキャンセル料につきましては、当日のキャンセルの場合、メニューにかかわらずキャンセル料5,500円、前日キャンセルの場合は 3,300円を請求させていただきます。カウンセラー並びに事務局の準備やスケジュールのリスクとして、ご協力いただければ幸いです。
カウンセリング料金は医療保険ならびに医療費控除の対象とはなりませんのでご了承ください。
【利用者のプライバシーの保護】
守秘義務にもとづき、利用者のカウンセリング内容は厳守されます。利用者の同意がない限り、他の人に利用者の個人的な情報を知らせることは原則としてありません。ただし、以下の項目に該当する場合、利用者や他の人を守るために、適切な人または他の機関に知らせることがあります。
現在利用者がカウンセリングの内容と関係ある相談や治療をほかの機関や医療施設で受けている場合、必要があれば、くれたけ心理相談室および担当カウンセラーが他の機関のカウンセラーや主治医と連絡を取らせていただくことがあります。
守秘義務につきましては、ホームページ上に記載があります個人情報保護規定をご理解ください。

Counseling Terms & Important Information
• Counseling is not a medical service. If you are currently receiving medical or psychiatric treatment, please consult your doctor before using our counseling services.
• Counseling outcomes vary from person to person and may be influenced by factors such as timing, circumstances, and physical or emotional condition.
• In some situations, we may decline a consultation or refer you to a more appropriate medical or professional service, particularly when urgent intervention or medical treatment is required.
• Counselors generally limit communication outside scheduled sessions and appointment-related matters in order to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and support the effectiveness of counseling. (This does not apply to events organized by Kuretake Counseling Office.)
• We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, refer, or refuse counseling services in cases of harassment, threats, violence, stalking, inappropriate sexual behavior, repeated boundary violations, or other conduct that interferes with the counseling relationship.
• Cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellation one day before the appointment: ¥3,300
- Cancellation on the day of the appointment: ¥5,500
Exceptions may be considered in cases such as mental health crises, natural disasters, or major transportation disruptions.
• Counseling fees are not covered by Japanese health insurance and are generally not eligible for medical expense deductions.
• Your privacy will be protected in accordance with our confidentiality policy. Information shared during counseling will not be disclosed without your consent, except where necessary for safety, legal, or professional reasons.
• Where appropriate and with consideration for your care, Kuretake Counseling Office and your counselor may communicate with other professionals involved in your treatment or support.
• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
