For those who feel this way, I offer online counseling sessions.
From your home or another place where you feel at ease, a quiet space can gently open within your everyday life.  You are welcome to speak at your own pace. 
If, at some point, you would prefer to meet in person, we can always transition to face-to-face sessions.  Whatever form you choose, I hope you will honor the feeling that led you to think, “Maybe I’d like to talk.”

This May Be a Good Option If You:

・Going out feels difficult at this time
・You live overseas or far from Osaka
・You are living abroad and would like support in Japanese
・You are living in Japan with an international background
・You prefer sessions in English
・You would like to begin gently, just to see how it feels
・You feel more at ease having your child nearby
・You are concerned about becoming emotional and prefer to be in your own space
・You live in a different time zone and find Japan Standard Time workable for you

Sessions are available in both Japanese and English.
Please feel free to speak in whichever language feels most natural.

・Access from the comfort of your own space
・For some, it feels less intimidating than meeting in person
・Audio-only sessions (camera off) are also available
・You can join from anywhere in Japan or overseas.
・Easier to set aside time for yourself, even in a busy schedule

Meeting Online

Online conversations may feel slightly different from meeting face to face.
And yet, for many, speaking from a familiar space allows for a steady and honest exchange.

Creating a Comfortable Space

If possible, please join from a quiet and private location. You may wish to set aside this time intentionally — as time just for yourself.  Seeing each other through the screen can bring a sense of reassurance.
At the same time, some people feel more relaxed with the camera turned off.  You are free to choose the style that feels most comfortable for you.

For Those Living Overseas

Early morning sessions (Japan Standard Time) may align with afternoon or evening hours in other regions.  If this timing works for you, it can be a way to stay connected to Japan while creating space for yourself.   You can check the reservation page for early morning availability.
